LOTTO

Lotto numbers for Monday 29th April were 16, 18, 24, 26. No Jackpot winner and one match three winner winning £100, Margaret Murphy. This weeks Jackpot is £4650. Lotto is available to buy on the klubfunder website.

ACL DIVISION 3

The seniors and reserves continued their winning ways at home to Drumquin in the ACL Division 3 on Sunday last with two more impressive wins. The seniors put in another impressive display running out comfortable winners on a final scoreline of Rock 3-19 Drumquin 0-6. Rock scorers: Diarmaid Carroll 2-2 Aidan McGarrity 1-3 Liam Nugent 0-6 Shane Murphy 0-3 Paudie Ward 0-2 Enda McWilliams 0-1 Conor McGarrity 0-1 Mark Ward 0-1. The reserves made it six wins from six on a final scoreline of Rock 3-13 Drumquin 0-5. Rock scorers: Francie Bloomer 1-4 Ryan Crilly 1-1 Arthur Donaghy 1-1 Aidan Corrigan 0-3 Brian McNally 0-1 Chris O'Neill 0-1 Brogan Mullan 0-1 Brendan O'Donnell 0-1. Thanks to Rachel Bradley, Mary Jo Mulholland and Niamh Lagan who sang Amhrán na bhFiann prior to today's senior game and also to Rachel, Niamh and Caitriona Clerkin who collected lotto. Thanks to all who helped with refreshments after the game and also to our groundsmen, umpires and linesmen. Well done to all our U8's who played during the interval of Sundays senior game. Our next outing is due to be at home to Kildress on Sunday 19th May, reserves at 2.15pm, seniors at 3.45pm.

CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to senior player Ciaran Gourley and Carol on the recent birth of a wee baby girl, Sarah Ann, a wee sister for Olivia.

MINORS

The minors had mixed fortunes during the week. They lost out at home to Moy on Wednesday night with a heavy defeat, but put in a very impressive display away to Pomeroy on Friday night running out winners on a final scoreline of Pomeroy 2-8 Rock 6-11. Next outing is due to be away to Kildress on Friday 17th May at 7.15pm. The minor squad at Pomeroy was:Jason Cunningham, Ruairi O'Neill,Jamie Bloomer, Martin Ward, Ethan Bloomer, Shea Daly, Brogan Mullan, Shane Murphy, Niall O'Neill, Corey McElduff, Eoin Gallagher, Peter Loughran, Thomas Collins, Conor McGarrity, Odhran Nugent, Aidan Carroll, Jake Lagan, James McGurk, Danny McCloskey.

U14'S

Our U14's were defeated at home to Aghaloo on Saturday last on a final scoreline of Rock 1-5 Aghaloo 5-8. Next outing is at home to Eskra, day to be confirmed. We are then due to be away to Tattyreagh on Wednesday 15th May at 7.15pm. Training continues Wednesdays 6.30pm-7.30pm.

CHILD PROTECTION COURSE

Coaches and members from both our mens and ladies clubs attended a Child Protection Course recently in the mobile. Thanks to all who attended and thanks to Tyrone Co. Board children's officer Adrian Nugent, who delivered the course.

U10'S

U10 training continues Tuesdays 6.30pm-8pm.

U8'S/U6'S

U8 & U6 Boys & Girls training continues on Mondays at pitch from 6.30pm – 7.30pm.

LADIES SENIORS

The ladies seniors were defeated away to Badoney in the 9/11 a side league on Friday night last on a final scoreline of Badoney 1-20 Rock 1-13. The seniors commence their Division 3 league programme on Wednesday night 8th May with a home fixture v Aghaloo at 7pm.

LADIES MINORS

The ladies minors are away to Dromore in the Championship quarter final on Monday 6th May at 7.30pm, and are at home to Tattyreagh in the league on Friday 17th May at 7pm. U10/U12 GIRLS

U10/U12 girls training continues at the pitch Thursdays 6pm-7pm

OVER 35'S

Recreational football, a bit of 'craic', a kickabout, whatever you want to call it, we have our Over 35's/Under 65's group up and running again this year, all for a bit of social fun, we continue on Tuesday nights @ 8pm on training pitch. All past members and new members, former players or non players, all welcome.
