LOTTO

Lotto numbers for Monday 28th May were 3, 13, 17, 20. No Jackpot winner and one match three winner winning £100, Kathleen Molloy. This weeks Jackpot is £2350.

ACL DIVISION 3

Rock were at home to Dregish in the ACL Division 3 on Tuesday night last and ran out comfortable winners on a final scoreline of Rock 3-22 Dregish 0-7 having led at half time by 1-17 to 0-0. Rock scorers: Liam Nugent 2.6 Aidan McGarrity 0.5 James McAuley 1.0 Mark Ward 0.2 Tommy Bloomer 0.2 Enda McWilliams 0.2 Martin Corrigan 0.2 Ciaran Gourley 0.1 Conor Ward 0.1 Peter Ward 0.1. Well done Catherine Kelly, Mary Jo Mulholland & Rachel Bradley who sang Amhrán na bhFiann prior to the game and thanks to Rachel Bradley & Aoife Quinn who collected Lotto and also to all who helped with tea/refreshments after the game. A minutes silence was held prior to the game in memory of our Club President Fr John Flanagan. Rock then travelled to Brackaville on Saturday last in the ACL Division 3 and returned home with both points following a hard fought and competitive encounter winning on a final scoreline of Brackaville 1-8 Rock 1-9. Rock scorers: Liam Nugent 0-5 Diarmaid Carroll 1-0 Ryan Crilly 0-2 Aidan McGarrity 0-1 Conor Ward 0-1. Next outing is due to be away to Eskra on Sunday 10th June, reserves @ 2.15pm and seniors @ 3.45pm.

MINORS

The minors defeated neighbours Cookstown in the league at home on Sunday on a final scoreline of Rock 0-15 Cookstown 1-10. This was a great result for the boys in what was a hard fought game. Next outing is the Grade 2 Championship preliminary round due on Friday 15th June at home to Galbally @ 7.30pm.

U14'S

Well done our U14's who put on a great performance to beat Owen Roes in the preliminary round of the Championship on Wednesday night last winning on a final scoreline of Rock 8-9 ER Ui Neill 2-10. The boys deserve great credit for their never say die attitude all year, this was the boys first win of the year, & great credit must go to Ollie & Paddy who have shown belief in the boys. The winning team was: Aidy Coyle Conor Moore Matthew Devlin Faolan Devlin Michael Kelly Danny McCloskey Thomas Neville Senan Devlin Jake Lagan Branán Daly Corey McElduff Pádraig Mullan Charlie O'Donnell Aidy Carroll Tiernan Reid Jamie Reid Ryan McElduff. Thanks to the ladies who made tea/refreshments after the game, much appreciated, and thanks also to Owen Roes for a sporting game, their players and ours were a credit to their respective clubs. The U14 quarter final v Stewartstown in Rock is due to be played on Wednesday 6th June @ 7.30pm, but this may change, more details from management.

U12'S

Well done to our U12's who took part in the Martin McCaughey Memorial tournament in Galbally on Saturday morning, playing group games v Carrickmore, Galbally & Dungiven before losing out to Eglish in the Shield quarter final. Many thanks to Galbally for the invite and also the hospitality for what was an enjoyable and well run tournament. U12 training Monday night 7pm-8pm. The U12 fixtures commence on Monday 11th June. Fixtures are: Mon 11th Edendork(h), Mon 18th Moortown(a), Mon 2nd July Kildress(a), Mon 16th Eglish(h), Mon 30th Coalisland(a), Mon 6th August Moortown(h), Mon 20th Edendork(a), Mon 27th Eglish(a), Mon 10th Sept Coalisland(h), Mon17th Kildress(h).

U10'S

The U10's have been invited to take part in the Pearse Kennedy U10 tournament in Pomeroy on Saturday 16th June. More details on this later. U10 training now Friday 6.30pm-7.30pm.

U8'S/U6'S

U8/U6 training continues Mondays 6.30pm-7.30pm. Next U8 blitz is due on Saturday 9th June.

SUMMER CAMP
